Skivers are indispensable when it comes to joining straps securely, or when folding edges on thick leathers. The CB801 & CB802 will slice a smooth taper onto the edges of leather pieces, allowing a smooth lap joint with no increase in thickness.

Bevelling the edges of workpieces of any shapes and sizes for the purpose of joining the pieces perfectly (without thickening of the material at the joints) by means of vulcanization or adhesion. 818 Belt and strap cutting machine

The 818 leather strap cutting machine represents an extraordinary value for the Artist who wants to start bulk production of strap goods. It is a quiet & powerful shop workhorse that will dramatically reduced time associated with cutting strap type goods.

The circular cutting blades will cleanly cut heavy harness leathers including Latigo & English Bridle. Precision spacers allow strap widths from 2mm (1/8") to 400mm(15.75") wide. Imperial(inch) spacers are available for exact measurement.

The 818 will cut laces or fringe easily, and will reduce your cutting time to a fraction. It will cut fine leathers smoothly, and the controllable motor allows precision cuts every time.
