HIGHTEX 204-102 MD is a heavy duty, twin needle, rotary needle bar, ornamental stitch industrial sewing machine for decorative stitching on high end furniture and sofas, marine upholstery, shoes uppers, suitcases, bags, canvas, backpacks, automotive trim as well as heavy fabric, such as jeans, big sunshade, tents and sofas. This ornamental stitch sewing machine is designed for high end furniture and sofas manufacturers, especially when thick thread decorative seam is required.

This ornamental stitching machine equipped special presser foot, needle plate and speed reducer, which is custom-made for top manufacturers of leather sofas and car seat covers. The advantage of this custom industrial sewing equipment:

(1) Standard equipped with 7 different cams for 14 different decorative stitches, including T-stitch, Box-stitch, moccasin and false moccasin etc.

(2) The custom made compensating roller presser foot is particular for stitching corners, hard butted/overlapped seams, extra heavy padded & non padded leather.

(3) Extra thick thread (V346 or 1100dx3 or 1.4mm braided thread) can be processed with any difficulty, due to its Adler 204 type large Barrel Shuttle hook;

(4) Excellent climbing properties guarantee easy sewing thick spots or overlapping cross seams, without skipped stitch and lost stitch length.

(5) Extra high needle penetration power created by speed reducer is very helpful when sewing rigid leather, canvas, vinyl, synthetics and various coated, laminated and rubberized fabrics.

(6) Pneumatic seam center guide and Cord insert is available (insert cord or rope inside seam).
