The Cowboy CB4500 is our number one selling heavy duty harness stitcher. The leather sewing machine features an extra large barrel style shuttle hook which is the same hook used in the Durkopp Adler 205-370 and Juki TSC-441.
This leather sewing machine widely used in manufacturing of saddles, harness, safety belts, shoes making, sheath, footwear, sofa, furniture upholstery, heavy and light tack, tire covers, footballs, punching bags, boxing bags, golf bags, baseball bags, softball bags, filter bags, handbag, fiber slings, lanyards, industrial safety products, military webbing, hoists.

A full array of attachments are available for improving high productivity and perfect seam quality. Below special sewing parts also fit to CowBoy CB3500, Juki TSC-441 and Seiko TH-8B heavy duty sewing machines for the leather and tack trades.
205G01: Material Guide / Edge Guide: easy to make sure straight stitch.
205G02 Suspended edge and roller guide: get straight stitches with a guide that flips up and out of the way when not in use - never needs removed.
4500F1 Double toes harness maker's foot set: curved design allows closer stitching around edge of hardware. Smooth bottom will not mark leather
4500F2 Left-toe presser foot set: great for close stitching on the right side
4500F3 Right-toe presser foot set: great for close stitching on the left side
4500F4 Open toe center foot: allows you to see exactly where your needle point is at all times
4500F5 Inline foot set: allows you to sew inside narrow channels and very close to an edge, step, or buckle.

4500D1 Non-teeth feed dog (standard assembled on machine): avoid marks when sewing leather goods and upholstery.
4500N1 Narrow feed dog flat plate: once you try the flat plate it will be the mainstay of your machine set-up. Better control vs the round plate.
205N02 Slotted needle plate: avoid mark on the underside leather for some items.
205N03 Stirrup plate: perfect for covering stirrup and sewing shoe welts, plate is raised 5/16" so you can get close enough to sew covered stirrups.
205N04 Holster Plate: perfect for stitching holsters. Allows you to sew handbags, holsters, pouches and even shoe welts.
HT-SP-03 Bearing drive Speed Reducer: give more torque and greater stitching control
4500B1 Movable binder: it is vibrating binder attachment and due to this feature, a beautiful tape binding finish for heavy
materials or elastic tape can smoothly and easily be performed. This Binder kit can work with Juki TSC-441 leather sewing machine.

4500T1 Special flat work table platform: allows the cylinder arm sewing surface to be converted to a flat sewing surface to allow for better stitching with certain types of work.
4500T2 Flat table top attachment: same as #4500T1, but it is smaller and easy to install, create a flat sewing surface to allow for better stitching with certain types of work.
HM-750SH Heavy duty low speed high torque servo motor: the most powerful servo motor offer precise speed control, the minimum motor is down to 50 RPM only.
